Talent Category Position Charge
The first category of ordinary talents with an annual salary not exceeding 50,000 yuan is charged at 5% of the annual salary and the warranty period is 10 days
The second category is middle- and high-level management talents with an annual salary of 50,000-100,000 yuan. Charges are based on 10% of the annual salary and the warranty period is 30 days
The third category is senior talents with an annual salary of more than 100,000 yuan. Special talents are charged at 20% of the annual salary and the guarantee period is 60 days.
1. If you are not satisfied with the recommended personnel during the warranty period, you can continue to recommend talents (limited to two times), but no refund is allowed.
2. If after the warranty period, the recruiting company has no doubt about the recommended talents, the entrusted work is deemed complete and the service is terminated.
